NO display on PC

Have a problem with my PC: when I start my PC I get no display in my monitor and keyboard num lock LED also not working. CPU fan and SMPS fan power on LED are working correctly, while RAM, processor and monitor - these are ok.
It definitely seems to be a motherboard problem.
I think a m/b component has been burned or a transistor is weak. Please tell me any way that I can fix this problem.
