Computer Wiring - Case to Motherboard

Computer Wiring - Case to Motherboard: I have an Asus a7v8x-x motherboard and a Super case 7c225-034. I'm not certain that I'm hooking up the wiring correctly from the case to the motherboard. I have the manual from Asus but not from the computer super case. What's in question is the wires from the case to the motherboard because I don't have a color code +/- etc.
