Nvidia Control Panel and Manager

Please tell me where to find the download for the Nvidia Control Panel and Manager so I can see a screen on my netbook and a different screen on my 2nd monitor.

I would also like to change both monitor resolutions to 1680 and the netbook display won't let me. I've downloaded this before and don't recall the exact site address. Thanks.
