Motherboard and Power Supply Issues: eMachines W5243 T3626 Motherboard MCP61SM-GM 4006233R-

I unhooked my motherboard and, when I did, could not find the power slot that the power switch goes back into. I found one but when the computer is turned on it does not turn off and the LED light stays on when the power cord is plugged in.

I have tried to switch the power and LED but with no luck. I would love to see a diagram of this motherboard so that I can hook this tower back up and sell it. Would love to see that diagram.
